Burlington sits at the western edge of the GTA between Oakville and Hamilton, with Lake Ontario on one side and the Niagara Escarpment on the other. Escarpment-side properties come with their own considerations around grading, well or septic in rural pockets, and conservation authority regulation, so confirm those before you commit.
