How access works
- The event administrator creates the open house and lists the hosting agent(s).
- Before the event goes live, the administrator confirms that the hosting agents are authorized to host and that this is consistent with the seller and listing brokerage's open-house instructions. The software records that confirmation — it does not verify legal authority on anyone's behalf.
- Each host is given an event role and an accurate representation status.
- Attendee information is visible only to authorized hosts and brokerage personnel for that event.
